Standard Tier Pricing: After Early Registration pricing ends on May 7, any remaining slots will be allocated evenly to Standard Tier 1, 2, and 3. Once a tier sells out, the entry fee price will increase to the next tier level. Any slots remaining as of Sept 16 will be priced at the Late Registration level. ​
Young Racer Discount: Racers under 30-years age automatically receive 20% off the entry fee.

Premium Parking: A limited number of premium parking spaces will be made available for purchase on the online RAAM store after registration opens. Premium parking is available to 24-Hour racers only.

There will be no RV parking or trailers allowed in the pit area.
Refund policy:
Entries are non-transferrable. No rollovers to 2026 will be allowed, no exceptions. Should you need to withdraw your entry, a 50 percent refund may be issued up until August 1, 2025 minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2025. Additionally, there will be no refunds for Premium Parking.

Changes:
Tandems or 2-Person Teams may replace a team member or opt to have one team member transfer to the solo category until September 30th, 2025. Racer may request to be transferred to a different race (6, 12, or 24 Hour) until September 30th, 2025, after which no changes will be allowed.
